Well, I am curious as to what you believed she was like before now . . .
Gosh, um, how to describe C.C. . . Well, she appears as this very enigmatic though intuitive and eccentric character that does whatever she pleases whenever she pleases. She foils very nicely with the philosophical and social conflicts that the series brings up as well as serving as a sort of balance to Lelouch and Suzaku. At heart, she really is a sweet girl who wanted simply to be loved and to love others, but that wish ended up getting distorted as she became involved with Geass and cursed her fate to lead an immortal and unending life, facing the hatred and misunderstanding of humans while still loving them all the while. There's a lot of issues and thoughts in play with her, both externally and internally, so she really is a very interesting character to watch and play. Now, I'm going to shamelessly link what I think describes her best: Go go monologue on the root of happiness!
