Whether he knows how to behave in certain situations honestly is not really crossing her mind -- she just wrote the conversation off as a pointless game for Vincent, especially again with the tone he set from the start. She didn't see much point in being diplomatic with him in that moment. She figured he would troll her no matter what she said. XD
