Okay, I caved. Question Meme for Vincent and C.C..
Also, I've let a lot of CR fall by the wayside, so this post doubles as a way for people to remind me who I should tag. We can even plan new relationships before I get too deep into the next semester. Help me help you to be trolled. ♥

C.C. is . . . Still teetering with Oz. —Actually, no, she is definitely not pleased with him. She was as clear as she cares to be on the situation, and he has decided not to follow her cue. Rather, he willingly went in another direction and thinks that everything is resolved in as much as it can be. (She's offered to help Tavros, and he went right along with that. So, she knows it's not just her.) Anyway, what happens after that is no longer on her in her mind, and that indifference won't violate what she feels is due towards him from her. Still, she'll put on a good face and wear what he got her and act her part perfectly, because that is what she is obligated to do. On the upside, she had a nice chat with Lelouch that definitely set her worries of ever following his example with inter-team relations, so she doesn't attach that stigma to him anymore. She only needs to concern herself with what impact he has upon Ruby, not anyone else.
Mmm, having nice teams with the ladies . . . Speaking of, is Shirley dating anyone? Who was the second person who shot her down?

What cue are you talking about with CC?

what you think of that, huh?!

Vincent has been disconnecting with the team too, so it's almost like laying a track for him to go back to them as everything else starts to build up around him. Granted, Vincent doesn't expect Iolite to save him by any stretch, but if it can become a place of comfort and repose, then he will definitely make an effort to enjoy the pleasure of their company. Likewise, it gives him an edge to push the team in directions that he prefers since they've been veering into a direction that he really cannot control. If Iolite became emotional and righteous as they were starting a slow course towards, then Vincent would lose all standing with the team which was probably another reason why he is withdrawing from them. If he tried to assume power in that kind of a situation, he would only fail and draw sharp attention to his fall from grace, as it were.
So, yes, Kyouko is probably the best thing ever and is a very belated Christmas present that Vincent is so excited for. Whip them back into shape, bb. ♥
Reverse, reverse~. Also, how does Kyouko feel about being back?
no subject
Other than that, Kyouko actually gained like +100 dere points for her team when she came back :') since she got a mostly positive reception from everyone minus Jaina who was a dick lolol. Since she's always sort of assumed her team doesn't care in the least for her, and that she stood apart from them, it was a ♥ moment. Kyouko operates on her own but would much prefer to be with others...
As for Vincent specifically, he was pretty much comfortingly familiar. Somewhere along the way (probably around where she remembered how she's an indestructible zombie girl who can summon a giant point weapon) she lost her fear of him, and coming back to their familiar banter was just reassuring, especially since her bff Homerun apparently pulled her personality 180º while she was gone.
Tell me more about Vincent on his team at present 8|a I am out of the loop

How crazy is Vincent reading to Yuri nowadays?

I peeked at your reply to Raven; what sort of significant topics would Vin like to talk to Yuri about?

What did Vincent want/expect from that thread? How does he feel about how it went?
no subject
I did a rough sketch of what Vincent could take from having a thread with Raven after knowing more clearly what the situation between Raven and Yuri was. Really, the only valid reason Vincent would have had to speak with him was to try to befriend him and stop Raven from talking poorly about him to other people and helping to close the snare around him, so to speak . . . Except Vincent knew nothing of that, so that wasn't even a reason! So, Vincent had no reason whatsoever to tag Raven aside from general dickery which was also not his intention!
Am I winning yet? Well, the joke that Raven would be looking at every Iolite that appears as a chance for Vincent to be gone . . . Which he probably isn't, but who would blame if he was, really? So, Vincent was going to be Vincent and play with Raven a little bit while not getting into anything, because when do Vincent and Raven ever get into anything? However, Raven did manage to grow a pair and ask Vincent to take it easy on Yuri which was the green light that Vincent has been waiting . . . Gosh, a while for! Really, Vincent likes to test and push people, so Raven has been rather good about not taking the bait nor being upfront with Vincent.
Then, it kind of all went downhill from there . . . Really, the point was to keep from causing too much damage, because Raven wouldn't have been useful at any point with anything that Vincent could have wanted and had knowledge of. Still, it was a nice little insight into Raven's side of the story and the story in general since Yuri and Vincent rarely if ever discuss anything significant with each other. (Not for lack of trying and taunting and teasing on Vincent's part, mind you.) So, it wasn't as awful as it could have been, but there weren't any high points for Vincent, either.
As for how it went, well . . . Vincent did lose a bit at the tail end of it, but it wasn't anything he couldn't afford to give. Besides, they established that they won't be crossing paths again, so he doesn't mind how it turned out. He hopes that will be the last he hears of Raven honestly, even if he does have some doubts on that point.
. . . Yeah, back at you, I don't even.

Somehow.
idk I just asked you a bunch of questions a couple of weeks ago, but let's see... What would Vincent think if he knew how much Sasuke had told Itachi?
no subject
He would kick Sasuke in the teeth, to be honest! I mean, to an extent, he would understand that Sasuke needs the extra help along with the brothers being more closely linked together, but . . . It really wouldn't occur to him that they are bound up together that tightly. (Livin' the dream there, Sasuke.) On that same note, Vincent tried to hit Neji up for some information on the two of them and was shut down rather well, so he still . . . Needs to find an in. It's going to be interesting to see if he can even manage to do that. Ninjas, man; they're hard to crack, go figure!
Anything new and interesting in the land of ninja brocon?

Other than that, they are a really funny comfortable place. Vincent is able to gel along with Jaina rather well when they take morals and the like off the table, so he does a lot better with her outside of games than he does in them. Also, he's learned to be quiet and let her ramble about technology every now and then. It's kind of interesting, but Vincent only half-tunes in when it isn't something he can use to his advantage.
How is Jaina doing?

So, Luke was created to be a tool by another person towards the end of destroying the Earth? I believe that C.C. got that much. Then, she got to see what happened to him with some of his traits ramped up, though she probably made the connection that it was his own traits and not other influences by seeing how Acedia went off. So, Luke is a rather interesting cookie . . . While not remembering anything of Mao and only hearsay, she isn't going to connect the two strongly, though the connection has already been made, but . . .
Hmm, Luke is broken to C.C.! After hearing about Van, it helped to slide a couple of pieces into place, but she sees that he is the aftermath of what happens when you break a person down and then put them back together. She has a good eye for spotting insane quirks in people, especially when dealing with Lelouch, Acedia, and herself on a regular basis. They can all slide around on the functional scale, but there are indelible scars left upon people by the actions of others, not only among those with touches of madness but all people. She understands that Luke knows where he was and where he came from, how to hold himself together, and so on. Truly, C.C. gives him quite a bit of credit for having self-awareness to that extent . . . But he does fail when it comes to awareness of others.
Rather, Luke may have insight into other people that is unusual due to his particular perspective, and that insight may not be incorrect!, but it doesn't change that he has absolutely no finesse. Acedia and C.C. got together in a corner in the last team post and discussed how Luke is really lacking in that attention to detail which would make for a more considerate replica, but she accepts that he is what he is, even with such a glaring fault.
Umm, little tidbits . . . She knows that he has a brother and is a bit confused as to how that came about, but she is rolling with it! Also, she has an eyebrow up about him and Acedia, but she also heard from Oz that everyone on Ruby is involved with each other. I forget if he out and out said that they were an item, but she would consider that as much of a surprise as the sky being blue at this point. While they're an odd pair, she can somewhat get it . . .
We haven't had a solid thread with them in awhile, so just remind where Vincent and Elliot are at. Derp, derp.
