The game was over here.
Most of the format was based off of what was presented in canon. That is, C.C. has an emotionless self that serves as an independent caretaker while having a great hall as a mental space that houses paintings which are her memories.
For the game, the white space served as her Logical realm. It contains her views and perceptions of the world, her experiences that serves as the groundwork, and so on. As she told Suzaku, it is not a place that can be changed. You can tear down everything, but the caretaker and C.C. would repair it. However, change did occur in that what was seen effected those who saw it. So, while you could touch a lot with no reaction, it did create a ripple effect.
Before the game, C.C. recieved the memory of her "eternity", so it pressed more heavily in the game. From the starting point, explorers would have to pass many memories of her past, before they arrived a point where Code Geass would come into play, then lastly memories of Aather would appear. I had write-ups done for about fifty memories, so it was mostly luck of the draw which one people chanced upon. In fact, most largely went with whatever caught their eye, but others took a guided path.
As for the caretaker, she was an unbiased representative. While she had contact of a sort with C.C., she did not dictate or enforce how the game was to be approached. If people wanted to go around randomly, they could do that. This would have led to getting lost into various other sections which no one decided to go through with. (For shame, I had Geasses planned . . . ) If people wanted to choose where they wanted to go, which many did, then she would select whatever best fit what they were after within her realm. Largely, this meant memories for most people, but people like Oz and Natsume were led to specific locations. If people identified themselves then asked to be guided, such as Fuuma, they would be taken on a created path which was largely dictated by C.C. herself. Everyone had a path planned for them, but Fuuma was the only one who took it, iirc.
Underneath the white space, rather on the other side of the mirror, was the black space, the Emotional realm. To gain access to this area, you had to "prove" yourself, either by achieving a level of understanding from seeing memories, testing yourself in a game, or simply had the ability to from the get-go. This area was more restricted and realistic with a different guide. This C.C. was based on the person she was before Geass, but she is also C.C.'s id. She represents the desires that exist within her that do not necessarily make it through her filters into the real world. Essentially, she is the C.C. that is not constrained by Logic and Reason that is an openly affectionate and emotional girl. If anyone asked her about themselves or feelings, they would get a rather straight answer . . .
Within her space, the area was less massive as it was a reflection of her human side, rather than her expansive life. There were a lot of goods, like toys and pillows and so on, which were just displays of her outward affection. If everyone who C.C. has taken the smallest shine to would have dug around here, there would have been something for them . . . Outside, there was a flat hall with large tree and many smaller saplings. The large tree was the seed of affection that has bloomed and grown over their time together; the gashes in the tree were symbols of the multiple times that the two have had trouble, split up, or what have you. Some were old, some were more recent. The rest of the trees were Ruby, people that C.C. felt fondly towards, and so on. This isn't limited to Aather, so Mao showed up with a broken tree, Marianne's was stunted, and so on.
In between these two contrasts was the True Heart, you had to gain proof from both sides to gain access to it. Lelouch had it upon arrival, while Shade and Tavros successfully earned it in their exploration. This C.C. is more like what everyone expects, serving as a filter between her ruthless logic and knowledge, and her more emotional, compassionate side. She also served as mediator between her heart and the explorers, keeping people in the loop, planning paths for them, and so on. If C.C. were perfectly balanced between her two natures, then she would be more like this self.
Numerous other areas such as a working simulation of the world from C.C.'s perspective, the larger part of Aather, a simulation of Ruby, and so on were skipped over . . .
Okay, time for changes! I will do this case by case, since that's easier to parse for me:
Natsume got a painting from each area which balanced itself out. He also enjoyed time with royal family which added a few bonus dere points.
Tavros went on a painting spree which brought Aather to the forefront without diminishing the other areas. He strengthened his correlation with Mao, but his affirmation also means that the fear is less strong. (One step back, two steps forward, basically.) He also tapped onto her emotional side in spades, and has made her more likely to relax around him . . . Also, dancing, because dancing.
Suzaku strengthened the connection between Lelouch and C.C. from going down memory lane. While he failed his test, he did win himself over to empathetic side. So, she is still distrustful of him, but she is less hardened to him in general. He also helped to repair the latest damage to Lelouch's tree.
Oz placed a heavier importance on Aather while showing his understanding of C.C.'s logical concept of team. He did gain acceptance from her Emotional side by being allowed to enter.
Naha straight-shot to the Emotional realm, and she leveled up the likelihood that C.C. will pander to her emotions with her. She also got a lot of points in comfort, talking openly, and so on. Essentially, she got a free pass for C.C. to be more human around her, yay.
Nunnally cheated. I mean, she selected only past memories which means she is affiliated with C.C.'s old mentality while also getting strong correlations with her mother. However, she bypassed the Emotional realm by going straight to True Heart where all of her changes will not be filtered.
Fuuma only gave a small-up to C.C.'s past while encouraging the connection between him and Geass.
Ask if you have any questions . . .
